Payment and Reservations

We accept Visa and Mastercard to hold reservations until you arrive where you may either pay by credit card or cash. Sales tax of 9% will be applied to each purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days before your reservation can be made without penalty. Within 14 days, the cardholder holding the reservation will be charged if we are not able to re-rent the watercraft.

The Upper Buffalo Floating Season

The floating season on the upper Buffalo is from March through July, depending on the water level. This section of the river is highly dependent upon local rainfall levels. The upper Buffalo also provides a unique opportunity to view the most spectacular scenery on the river.
